Ari Yaker was the first ever Pistons Academy camp MVP last summer in Bloomfield Hills
The Pistons Academy of Youth Basketball is “Detroit Basketball” at its best. For kids of all skill levels, our camps are designed to teach valuable skills as well as the concepts and rules which govern the game. By using nearly 40 years of camp experience, Camp Directors Geo Thomas and Aaron Smith deliver an organized, challenging and entertaining week of camp.
Players will receive first-class instruction from our experienced coaching staff. Campers will work on skill development in the morning hours and participate in games and contests in the afternoon. Parents can follow the daily progress of camp as we post live updates on our website and Facebook page. Campers will experience the very best of NBA-quality detail. From the exciting player combine on Monday to the spectacular awards ceremony on Friday, every week will deliver a camp that kids and parents will never forget.
